Food & Wine

Our kitchen, our cellar

No external catering learning the venue for the first time on your wedding day. The kitchen that cooks for the restaurant is the kitchen that cooks for you.

The menu is built with you

There is no closed menu. The wedding menu is defined with the kitchen team, in whatever format the celebration calls for — a formal dinner in courses, a reception with stations, a long cocktail, or the classic Argentine asado for the day after. Guest restrictions and preferences enter the design from the start.

The pairing is not decorative

The wines belong to the house. That means the pairing is designed by the people who made the wine, and that the labels on your tables are the ones the winery is genuinely proud of — not a compromise with a distributor.

From welcome dinner to brunch

Gastronomy carries the whole weekend: the long table at Rastro on arrival, the picnics and tastings among the vines, the wedding itself and the farewell brunch on the final day. One kitchen, one standard, from first day to last.

An honest reference for investment

Every menu is designed with the couple, but a reference helps you plan: the gastronomic experiences of the weekend usually fall in the range of USD 60 to 90 per guest, depending on format, menu and wine selection. The written proposal itemises every line — no surprises later.

Taste before you decide

Subject to calendar availability, we offer a menu tasting in advance — during your visit to Mendoza or at the planning meeting. A table is chosen by tasting it, not by reading about it.

International recognition

An award-winning winery

The wines served at your wedding are the same ones international critics award year after year. Labels such as Calizo Carmín, Calizo Albar, La Isabel Estate and Zonos appear consistently in the wine world's leading reviews.
