huentalaweddings.com is an informational site dedicated to the destination wedding services offered by Grupo Huentala in Mendoza, Argentina. The content is published under express commercial authorization from that group. The site is informational and channels commercial interest: it does not sell or contract services directly.

2. Who operates this site

This site is operated by Leonel Camsen, a natural person resident in the Argentine Republic. Contact channel: weddings@grupohuentala.com.ar.

3. Informational content — not a contractual offer

The information published on this site — descriptions of spaces, capacities, gastronomy, accommodation, market reference ranges and any other commercial content — is informational and referential. Capacities, availability, conditions, timelines and prices are confirmed exclusively in the written commercial proposal issued by Grupo Huentala. No information published on this site constitutes a contractual offer or binds the parties.

4. Contracting

Any engagement for weddings, events, accommodation, gastronomy and other services mentioned is executed directly between the user and Grupo Huentala, under the terms, conditions and policies of that group. This site does not participate in the engagement, does not charge payments and is not a party to the resulting commercial relationship.

5. Trademarks and third-party content

Huentala Weddings, Huentala Wines, Grupo Huentala, Sheraton Mendoza Hotel, Hualta Winery Hotel Mendoza (Curio Collection by Hilton), Huentala Hotel and any other trademarks, names and distinctive signs mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used under commercial authorization. Texts, trademarks, photographs and videos published here are the property of their respective owners or used under authorization. Their reproduction without prior consent is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and its contact form in good faith, providing truthful information. Any use that interferes with the site's operation, violates third-party rights or infringes applicable laws is prohibited.

7. No warranties
